How do I receive my auto transport quote?

You can either call us during normal business hours or obtain a quote using our online quote generator, which also allows the user to book his or her shipment.

How much advance notice do you need?

Typically, usually, allow one to several days from the first date available to ship your car. Scheduling auto shippers to pick up your vehicle on certain days cannot be accomplished because carrier schedules may change unexpectedly. Sometimes it can be accomplished with very little notice if we happen to have space available and the truck is in your area. Because of the specific routes it is usually not difficult to assign a Carrier to pick up your car, however less traveled corridors may require a few weeks notice.

Can my auto shipper pick up the same day/next day?

No, sometimes and yes. It is something that happens quite often but that you cannot and should not count on. Create a wider window and/or use family and friends to remove the stress.

What forms of Payment do you take?

We accept for the DEPOSIT ONLY all forms of payment including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Money Orders, Wire Transfers, Company Checks and our electronic check system. The balance can never be put on a credit card (slows things down too!) and must be paid COD – which is a Cashiers Check, Money Order or Cash payable upon delivery.

Can I fill out my Auto Shipping Order Online and Pay Online?

Yes and no. Our new website allows our customers to not only book and complete an order online, but you can pay the DEPOSIT ONLY for our services via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Money Orders, Wire Transfers, Company Checks and our electronic check system. The balance can never be put on a credit card (slows things down too!) and must be paid COD – which is a Cashiers Check, Money Order or Cash payable upon delivery.

Are you an Owner/Operator or Broker?

We are a federally licensed broker. To further explain the advantages of using a broker vs. owner/operator:

First, most auto shippers run specific routes at specific times. Many of our auto shippers have been shipping our customer’s cars since 1989 when the business was founded. Think about it … there are thousands of towns that ship to thousands of other towns in this country. It isn’t even remotely possible for a private carrier to service the country. Using a broker is THE most efficient method available, offering a fleet of thousands of drivers.

Meanwhile, there exist private owner/operator carriers who pretend to ship only with their own trucks, but everyday we see them “brokering” out their loads just as we do because they cannot service the entire country. We do it better though, because that’s our specialty.

How long does it take to have my vehicle transported?

There are many factors that determine the length of a transport but the typical transit times on regular traveled corridors are as follows:
Once assigned to a driver, anything over 1,000 miles is usually 5-10 days especially on shipments from East to West or West to East. Shipments running North and South or South to North are usually 3-7 days. The less-traveled corridors from the Mid-East/West and ND, SD, MT, WY usually are 10-18 days dependent on the loads and availability. All Auto Shippers have their regular routes which are considered “power lanes” and with optimal circumstances and proper notice – deliveries are almost always timely. With our reliable network of auto shippers and experience, we will always work with you to determine the best transit times that are available to suit your needs.

How do I know where my vehicle is while it is being transported?

Our dispatchers work very hard to make all of our customers aware of their vehicle's status.

When will I be contacted as to the time/day my car will be picked up and/or delivered?

Contact is usually, but not always, made 12-24 hours in advance upon pick up and the same prior to delivery by our auto shipper. The driver or dispatcher will provide you with a time frame and confirm a location for pick up and delivery. They will also advise you, if it is necessary, to meet them at a designated area such as a shopping center or a parking lot in the event the truck is unable to gain safe access to your street or door.
