Inoperable has many different definitions depending on who you ask. All-Pro Auto Transport defines non-running as a vehicle that is unable to load itself on and off the carrier without assistance. However, the vehicle must be able to roll, break and steer so our drivers can wench it on and off their truck. In the world of auto shipping several automobiles may be classified as non-running. For example, if the battery is dead, have engine problems or for any reason that it’s not drivable, we will consider that non-running.

Many people may purchase their vehicles from an auto auction or another place that may sell wrecked vehicles. Other people may have an older car that hasn’t been driven in years. Just be sure the breaks still work, the tires have air and can roll. This isn’t the Flintstones where we can roll them with our feet! Our professional drivers will use the proper tools to load the vehicle on and off their truck.
