How much advance notice do you need?
Scheduling auto shippers to pick up your vehicle on certain days can be accomplished if you provide at least a week’s notice. Sometimes it can be accomplished with very little notice if we happen to have a space available and the truck in your area. Because of the specific routes it is usually not difficult to assign a Carrier to pick up your car however less traveled corridors may require a few weeks notice.
Can my auto shipper pick up the same day/next day?
Yes, we can arrange to have your vehicle picked up the same day in most areas (if notified by 11:00AM) and a next day pick up may be schedule with 24 hours notice. There is an additional fee and is arranged by use of a local flat-bed (not towed). The vehicle is then transported back to a local terminal where it is held until the main auto shipper arrives to load the vehicle.
What forms of Payment do you take?
We accept all forms of payment including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal. COD - Cashiers check or Money Order can be accepted on delivery. We can also accept wire transfers, company checks and electronic checks.

Are you an Owner/Operator or Broker?
We are a federally licensed broker. To further explain the advantages of using a broker vs. owner/operator:
First, most auto shippers run specific routes at specific times. We know what trucks go where and when they go there. We work with the best auto shippers, at the best price, at or near the time you want your car shipped. Most of our auto shippers have been shipping our customers since 1989 when the business was founded.
Owner/operators do have more control in the scheduling of their own auto transporters. However, they always reserve the right to broker out your shipment. Especially during peak season transit times when demand is greater than the supply – owner/operators rely heavily on outside auto shippers to compensate for over-sold shipments and over-flow capacity at terminals.
How long does it take to have my vehicle transported?
There are many factors that determine the length of a transport but the typical transit times on regular traveled corridors are as follows:
Anything over 1,000 miles is usually 7-14 days especially on shipments from East to West or West to East. Shipments running North and South or South to North are usually 5-10 days. The less-traveled corridors from the Mid-East/West and ND, SD, MT, WY are usually 10-18 days dependent on the loads and availability. All Auto Shippers have their regular schedule routes which are considered “power lanes” and with optimal circumstances and proper notice – deliveries are almost always early. With our reliable network of auto shippers and experience, we will always work with you to determine the best transit times that are available to suit your needs.
How do I know where my vehicle is while it is being transported?
Our dispatchers work very hard to make all of our customer's aware of their vehicle's status. You can sign up for FREE mobile alerts which allow you to receive text messages directly to your phone each time we update your account with the status of your vehicle or you can log into the members area at our website home page to check status as well. In addition, you can always call us toll free or email our dispatch for updates if you prefer.
When will I be contacted as to the time/day my car will be picked up and/or delivered?
Contact is usually made 24 hours in advance upon pick up and 24 hours prior to delivery by our auto shipper. The driver or dispatcher will provide you with a time frame and confirm a location for pick up and delivery. They will also advise you, if it is necessary, to meet them at a designated area such as a shopping center or a parking lot in the event the truck is unable to gain safe access to your street or door.
